PLEASE READ BEFORE SUBMITING INQUIRY 

Where do you set up?

Our equipment can be set up indoors and outdoors. If outdoors, please have a back up space for set up incase of weather. We will not set up outdoors if rain, lightning or thunder is in the forecast. Bounce house will not be set up if there is high winds for safety. Shade is highly recommended for soft play equipment, as it can get very hot under direct sunlight. Ground level is a MUST! We are not able to set up on uneven/bumpy ground.

What is the deposit?

Deposit is Non-refundable. Incase of cancelation, deposit may used for a different date. Deposit must be paid to secure the date. The booking fee goes towards service. Remaining balance will be due 5 business days before the event.

Cancelation policy?

**Deposit is non-refundable, Personalized decals fee is Non-refundable**

Cancellations must be made 5 business days or more prior to the event date for a full refund excluding deposit, decals cost and processing fees.

If rain is in the forecast, you may reschedule your rental. Please be sure to have a backup space for all outdoor events. However, I am understanding of unforeseen events and will refund all paid services except deposit, decals cost and processing fees. If you don't receive a response within 24 hours please give us a call.

For cancellations or changes please notify us through our text 239-695-7272 or call to leave voicemail. 

Damage to equipment after event?

Renter is responsible for any bodily injury and/or damage to equipment. If equipment is damaged this will result in  additional charges to be paid immediately.

Set up, delivery and pick up?

Set up and pick up times will be discussed at booking. Because we have multiple events on the same day, we usually set up in the morning and pick up in the evening.

PICKUP TIME

  • For

    outdoor

    events the latest pickup time is 7:00 pm


  • For

    indoor

    events the latest pickup time is 8:00 pm

RULES:

​

  • Only children 5yrs and under 

  • Children must be under adult supervision at all times while in the play area

  • Curious Babies Soft Play is not responsible for any child left unattended or injured.

  • No Shoes (applies to all ages including adults)

  • 6x6 Mini White Castle maximum weight: 300lbs

  • 8x8 White Castle maximum weight: 400lbs

  • Bounce house is to remain on at all times

  • No food, drinks, candy, or gum allowed inside play area

  • No glitter, poppers, silly string 

  • Equipment must stay in play area

  • No pets, toys or sharp objects allowed inside the play area

  • Please keep water away from soft play area

  • Please do not try to help and break down our set up or deflate bounce house

  • Once we start to set up we will not be able to make changes or move locations

  • Please have area clear and ready for us when we arrive

  • If using your own tent, please have it set up prior to us arriving 

  • Be sure to read our FAQ before booking
